Thorough first exam
Your first appointment includes a complete examination and a conversation about your goals and expectations. To save you a return trip, we may reserve time right after the exam for diagnostic records — X-rays, photos, and impressions for study models (about one hour). These records let us design the right treatment plan for you.

- Is treatment needed now, or should it wait for growth or tooth eruption?
- Which procedures and appliances are best for you?
- Do any permanent teeth need removal?
- How long will treatment take?
- How much will it cost — and what are the payment options?
In-depth planning, clear answers
Specific recommendations come after careful analysis of your records — in-depth planning leads to superior results. We'll then schedule a consultation visit to walk through your options, timeline, and finances. You'll leave understanding your needs, the treatment, and how long it takes. Dr. Hsieh stays in touch with your other dental providers throughout treatment.
