Appointments
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please give 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. After a second missed appointment without 24-hour notice, an additional fee may apply. We always reschedule you promptly.
Payment options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, and cash. Monthly automatic credit-card payments are available for comprehensive orthodontic treatment, along with a pay-in-full discount. Flexible financing is also available through Scratchpay.
Insurance
We help you maximize your benefits and will bill your insurance directly (we allow 45 days for payment; after 60 days the balance is your responsibility). Many plans include a lifetime orthodontic benefit separate from regular dental coverage. In-network: Aetna PPO, Delta Dental Premier, Cigna Dental PPO, Ameritas, and The Standard.
