We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staffs are trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technology advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee. We generally reschedule patients in a timely manner.

Monthly Installment Payments for Orthodontic treatment
On the day of your consultation, fees and payment options will be explained to you. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, personal checks and cash. You may also arrange with our office manager to have your credit card charged automatically on a monthly basis for comprehensive orthodontic treatment only. We also offer pay in full discount for comprehensive orthodontic treatment only.

Flexible payment plan: Scratch pay for any treatment

Our practice is pleased to offer flexible payment plans from Scratch pay.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
